MoxieDecor.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with all of our products. Although every effort has been made to clarify the information we require, and the service you should expect, there is always room for improvement. Suggestions to better your Moxie Decor shopping experience will always be accepted.
Accuracy of Sample Images:
COLOR ACCURACY Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when scanned to our website, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. IMPORTANT: these are custom products and CANNOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable to you and your customer.
Order Changes or Cancellations
You have up to 24 hours after the order is placed through Windowware Pro to make any changes. Once that period has passed it's normal for production to have begun. Changes, if possible, after the 24 hour period will incur an additional fee determined by the degree of production already completed. If your product(s) have been completed they cannot be changed.
Discontinued or Out of Stock Items
MoxieDecor.com makes every effort to remove items from our site immediately upon notification that they have been discontinued, or to notify the retailer of an out of stock item before ordering. However it's not uncommon for us to be informed of these issues only when we forward your order to the manufacturer. Therefore, MoxieDecor.com disclaims any responsibility for any damages incurred by delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
MoxieDecor.com requires all our retailers to provide a current sales tax exemption form prior to placing any orders in production.
Over sized Product Shipping Fee
Any product over 96" in width is considered over sized. The total shipping fee for an order with an over sized blind or shade is $ 65 and that is one fee per order, no matter how many over sized blinds there are on that order.
All payments for orders are due at the time of order in Windowware Pro. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay-Pal. Cashier's Check, Personal Checks and Money Orders must be received by our office before your order can be processed.
